The success of Mountain Village
Construction can be traced directly to the experience gained by the
company founder, Mr. William H. Baird, over the past forty five years
as a General Contractor and Real
Estate Developer in the U.S. and the Caribbean. A commitment to the
successful completion of high quality projects, on time and within
budget is the hallmark of our operations. This commitment was critical
during the years spent building in the islands and now in the mountains
where material and labor shortages have to be overcome on a daily
basis. We have demonstrated the ability to produce a wide range of
projects under challenging conditions.
To ensure timely completion of complicated projects, Mountain Village Construction incorporates the latest in computerized scheduling, estimating, and job costing techniques. These capabilities, coupled with our active participation in the construction process, from design through project completion, enables Mountain Village Construction to respond quickly to today's demanding construction environment. Our team of trained construction professionals and our solid working relationships with subcontractors and suppliers are also keys to our success.
